There is a conversation going around the training community that is shifting the focus on to the benefits of low intensity movement volume. For the vast majority of working adults, most of their time is spent in stillness and a very small portion (during one's workout) is spent going as hard as possible. However, without the prerequisite baseline of low intensity volume the high intensity training has a weak foundation to be built upon.
