Do you need a plan going into your workout or do you feel your way through it? - We often talk about "listening to your body", but knowing that we often aren't honest with ourselves, does this result in gaps in our health/fitness?
- When you are out in places like airports, waiting at appointments etc, do you notice things about people and their health patterns? Have you noticed that anything has changed in the last 5-10 years?
