Hey monkiis,

I've been diligently keeping a training journal since October 19th, 2020. It's been useful for a few reasons. 1) I can easily look back at what I have been doing to help decide what to do today, 2) I can see biases towards and certain exercise or movement, 3) I think about training more so I train more. The third reason might actually be the most important. I've become mildly obsessed with tracking my training and because of that, I'm actually training more. I'm playing with this idea of working out all day and the tracking serves as a useful reminder to take a break when I am stuck pounding keys.

One thing I realized when recording this podcast was that I need to start adding time-stamps to the training journal. I'm very curious to see how everything times out during the day.
